CMAC Covid Protocols 2020-21


These are the protocols for visiting teams when participating in away games, tournaments and meets. Each CMAC school will have varying protocols so before attending a school please make sure that students, coaches, parents and community members are aware of the protocols.


American Pacific International School (APIS)

Visiting Teams/Spectator Expectations for APIS:

Pre-game Information

- Hand sanitizer at the drop off station

- All students & coaches must wear masks upon entering campus (Only when playing can masks be removed)

- No visitors/parents allowed - only athletes and coaches will be allowed

- Coaches must wear their Teacher ID card or Coach shirt / athletes must wear their sports uniform.

- Visiting team's AD/coach must email a name list of coaches and students to the APIS

Athletic Director by 12 noon on game day; Erin K. (Activities & Athletics Coordinator) will

print this list and use it as the sign-in/sign-out sheet

- Students must bring their own water bottles. APIS will provide a water station where they can refill their bottles.


Upon arrival at APIS

- The driver should drive to the drop off point in front of Building A - All students & coaches must line-up at the Nurse station (table) for temperature checks, sign-in on the name list, and scan the Thai Chana QR code and check-in

- If coaches or athletes need to use the bathroom, they can use the assigned bathroom

closest to the athletic venue

Upon leaving

Coaches must scan the Thai Chana QR code to check-out

** Referee’s (who come from outside the community) MUST follow the above rules.


Chiang Mai International School (CMIS)

Visiting Teams/Spectator Expectations for CMIS:

  • All spectators, students & coaches must wear masks upon entering CMIS campus from the FRONT GATE ONLY (only when playing can masks be removed)

  • Temperature checks for all people entering campus at the front or back gate.

  • Coaches must wear a school ID and/or coaching shirt.

  • All spectators must park OUTSIDE of CMIS, receive a visitors pass, temperature check, and be responsible for all dependents brought with them.

** Referee’s (who come from outside the community) MUST follow the above rules.

Prem Tinsulanonda International School (Prem)

Visiting Teams/Spectator Expectations for Prem:

  • All spectators, students & coaches must wear masks upon entering Prem campus. Masks can be taken off is watching sports in an outdoor setting, however social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn in indoor settings.

  • Players do not have to wear a mask when they are taking part in sport.

  • Temperature checks for all people entering campus.

  • Temperature Checks will take place at the front gate, gate next to the main field or in front of the gym (Depends on what game is taking place)

  • Coaches must wear a school ID and/or coaching shirt.

  • All spectators must park OUTSIDE of Prem, receive a visitors pass, temperature check, and be responsible for all dependents brought with them.

** Referee’s (who come from outside the community) MUST follow the above rules.


Nakornpayap International School (NIS)

Visiting Teams/Spectator Expectations for NIS:

- Hand sanitizer at the drop off station

- All students & coaches must wear masks upon entering campus (Only when playing can masks be removed)

- No visitors/parents allowed - only athletes and coaches will be allowed

- Coaches must wear their Teacher ID card or Coach shirt / athletes must wear their sports uniform.

Visiting Teams/Spectator Expectations for LIST:

  • All spectators, students & coaches must wear masks upon entering LIST campus (only when playing can masks be removed)

  • Temperature checks for all people entering campus.

  • Hand sanitizer at the school entrance.

  • Coaches must wear a school ID and/or coaching shirt.

  • Students must bring their own water bottles. Lanna will provide a water station where they can refill their bottles.

Grace International School (GIS)

Visiting Teams/Spectator Expectations for GIS:

  • All spectators, students & coaches must wear masks upon entering GIS campus (only when playing can masks be removed)

  • Temperature checks for all people entering campus.

  • Coaches must wear a school ID and/or coaching shirt.

Unity Concord International School (UCIS)

Visiting Teams/Spectator Expectations for UCIS:

  • All spectators, students & coaches must wear masks upon entering UCIS campus (only when playing can masks be removed)

  • Temperature checks for all people entering campus.

  • Coaches must wear a school ID and/or coaching shirt.

Christliche Deutsche Schule Chiang Mai (CDSC)

Visiting Teams/Spectator Expectations for CDSC

  • All spectators, students & coaches must wear masks upon entering CDSC campus (only when playing can masks be removed)

  • Hand sanitizer at the school entrance.

  • Temperature checks for all people entering campus.

  • Coaches must wear a school ID and/or coaching shirt.
